InnovateESG convenes leaders in industry, policymaking, and the academic community for breakthrough dialogue and actionable intelligence on the use of new and emerging technologies in advancing the real estate’s industry’s environmental, social, and governance goals.

We are delighted that Anthony Malkin, Chairman, President, and CEO of Empire State Realty Trust, will join us as our keynote speaker. Mr. Malkin brings his unique view as a serial innovator in sustainability and healthy building research and practice, and as a policy maker and advocate in local, state, and federal legislation and rulemaking.  His address will review key milestones of progress in the history of sustainability in the built environment, current opportunities and challenges, and the road ahead.

InnovateESG is presented in partnership with the NYU Office of Sustainability, the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business, and the Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance at NYU Law. Our industry partners include the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE), CREtech and CREtech Climate, and the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
