VADA® Property Management is a leading family-owned real estate brokerage specializing in residential and commercial property management and leasing across Metro Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 2006, VADA® manages condos, houses, apartment buildings, offices, and retail and industrial units, serving a renter base that is increasingly mobile, diverse, and lifestyle-driven.
Metro Vancouver is one of Canada’s fastest-evolving rental markets. New developments, redeveloped neighborhoods, and rapid population growth have created a challenge for renters, especially those relocating from out of town or overseas.
For VADA®, the challenge wasn’t access to listings. It was helping renters answer the questions that actually determine whether a place feels livable:
Traditional tools like Walk Score offered partial answers, but they lacked depth, context, and usability. They didn’t reflect how renters actually evaluate neighborhoods, nor did they provide critical information needed to build confidence before booking a viewing.
Additionally, since Walk Score is owned by Redfin, relying on the third-party tool could redirect traffic to a platform with competing listings, making it harder for VADA® to keep prospective tenants on-site and capture potential leasing opportunities.
At the same time, VADA® was undergoing a major transition: a full rebrand, a company name change, and a move into a new office. They needed a solution that would keep them visible, modern, and competitive in a crowded rental market, without adding technical complexity or slowing down their website.

Featuring 18 Location Scores, 21 points of interest categories, and a commute calculator, Local Content is a customizable turnkey widget that transforms listing pages into engaging local discovery experiences.
On VADA®’s rental listings, it highlights nearby amenities, transportation access, and walkability in a visual format that’s easy to explore and gives renters a comprehensive understanding of any location.
