Our Lifestyle Report helps you tell a richer story about what it’s like to live in an area by providing hyperlocal context beyond square footage, such as walkability, transit access, school quality, amenities, and demographics.
Today, we’re excited to introduce a major enhancement that lets you choose the perfect lens through which to tell that story: Lifestyle Report now includes a search filter that supports larger geographies.
In addition to expanding the number of neighborhoods that you can pull a report for, this update gives you more control over the specific geography that’s displayed in the report, whether that’s a neighborhood, ZIP code, city, or county.
This search filter is only visible to the agent creating the report, and does not appear on the consumer-facing version. Clients simply receive a clean, polished report tailored to the geography selected.

You can now generate Lifestyle Reports not just for neighborhoods, but also for larger geographies, using the same Search Area filter that’s available in Market Reports. This allows you to:
The added spatial flexibility lets you fine-tune the geography displayed so the report reflects your client’s search behavior or your strategy.
For example:
This ensures you can confidently use the Lifestyle Report in listing presentations, buyer consultations, open houses, relocation conversations, follow-ups, and marketing materials, regardless of the area being discussed.

Supporting larger geographies isn’t just about expanding boundaries on a map. A neighborhood and a county are fundamentally different entities and, therefore, require different framing.
On top of scaling the geography, the Lifestyle Report also adjusts the narrative by using the most appropriate language to describe the area.
As you move between neighborhood, ZIP, city, and county levels, key sections of the report dynamically adapt to ensure the messaging reflects the right geographic terminology.
Consumers don’t think in one fixed geographic unit. In a single conversation, they might move between:
Large geography support allows your Lifestyle Reports to match that shift in thinking, so you can adjust the report to reflect the scale of the question being asked, whether that’s hyperlocal or citywide.
The result is a more natural, flexible way to guide clients through their decision-making process, using the right level of context at the right time.
