Local Logic also automatically collects certain technical information whenever a product or service that integrates the Services makes a request to Local Logic APIs. We use Analytics Data to monitor and analyze use of the Website and/or Services, for the Website’s technical administration, to increase our Website and/or Services functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor our Website and/or Services to our visitors’ needs. Local Logic may share your email address and information about the property(ies) for which you obtained a Report with select business partners, including the listing real estate broker(s)

We may share personal information with third-party service providers working on behalf of Local Logic, for the sole purpose of enabling our service providers to provide us services. 

We may disclose personal information to law enforcement authorities if required under an enforceable order

In the event of a change of ownership, sale, merger, liquidation, reorganization or acquisition of Local Logic, in whole or in part, your information may be transferred to a party involved in the transaction before or after the transaction is completed , as long as, the party acquiring such information agrees to use disclosed information only to assess the potential transaction and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Your personal information is stored on servers hosted in Canada and or the United States.
