    At Local Logic, your outsized impact on the company is compensated with generous equity along with competitive pay. All employees are granted stock options per Local Logic’s standard stock options agreement.

  • Remote-first environment

    We’re a remote-enabled company, so if you want to work remotely once a week, twice a week, or five days a week, you’ll have all the necessary tools and support you need to do so.

    When your home becomes your office, it’s important to feel comfortable with your work setup. We offer all employees an initial home office set-up credit, as well as ongoing financial support to make sure they can be their most productive selves at home.

  • Comprehensive health

    You’ll have access to a comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care plan. This includes coverage for paramedical services like massages, acupuncture, psychology, chiropractic care, and more.

  • A culture that emphasizes learning and work-life harmony

    We offer all employees a $500 credit per year to support professional development. Take the time to develop a new skill, attend a conference, buy lots of interesting books, or participate in a workshop or short course — the sky’s the limit!

  • Unlimited vacation

    We encourage everyone to take time off when they need to. Employees have the opportunity to work or take time off as they see fit, as long as their responsibilities are taken care of.

    People are expected to take at least 15 days of paid time off every calendar year. There is no cap on vacation beyond this minimum amount, and this excludes paid civic holidays and company-wide holidays such as Mental Health days.

  • Flex Fridays

    Fridays are all yours, all year round! You can choose how you’d like to spend your time. If you want to wrap up some work, you are free to do so. If you’d rather go on a walk, spend some time with family, or start your weekend early, that’s fine too! That time is yours to use as you see fit.

  • Discretionary health and benefits credit

    We provide employees with an allowance to make working from home easier, more productive, or generally pleasant or to maintain or improve their personal wellness. Some of us have even used it towards a stationary bike!

  • When Local Logic says that they're a people-first company it isn't just talk. With Flex Fridays, unlimited vacation and the health and benefits credit (to name a few things), I always feel like my mental health and wellbeing are #1 working here.
