According to Local Logic's methodology, the best-of-overall ranking is led by livability distinctiveness — how widely a neighborhood beats the metro Boston baseline across the sixteen scores — because the scores are descriptive, not inherently good or bad, so a flat average of them is not a quality signal. Market data (median sold price, days on market, sold-to-asking) breaks ties only; absolute price never sets a rank.
