With 2024 fast approaching, the team at Local Logic took the time to reflect on this past year. While most of 2023 has been marked by increased uncertainty in the real estate industry, things are beginning to turn around. The downward-trending economic climate has taught us that we can no longer count on vague, subjective estimates to guide our decisions. It has become clear that people need more concrete and quantitative ways to understand the ROI of location.
The recent market slowdown isn’t news to anyone. Despite the industry’s ups and downs, we believe location intelligence insights and data-centric approaches can help agents and brokers weather market fluctuations and double down on their mission to offer differentiated value to homebuyers, especially in light of the recent lawsuits.
